Electricity

Our commitment to the environment means we only use green energy, and our suppler Corona Energy only supplies green energy from mixed sources, solar, wind and hydro.

Lighting

In 2022 we choose to convert all of the building to LED lighting, and it was a simple choice to make.

LED is highly energy efficient - Less heat, more light, lower cost.

We now use 85% less electricity when compared to conventional lighting and around 18% less electricity compared to Conventional Fluorescent Lighting. Worldwide, around 20% of electricity is consumed in lighting.

Waste

We use a mixed recycling waste service contractor who collects paper, card, plastic and cans in one container and food waste in a separate collection. Including batteries and ink cartridges.

We send our general waste for disposal via our contractor to Energy from Waste facilities, diverting it from landfill making it 100% diversion from landfill.

This provides a sustainable recycling solution that greatly improves recycling performance, is cost-effective and also environmentally-friendly.

Building works

Our client can tailor their offices to their requirements and in line with our green credentials all our contractors are F.S.C. accredited.

Being FSCĀ® certified this means that the materials used to produce the products we use have been traced at every stage. From the forest, right the way through to the end user.
